Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SuperLazy mobile app and related services ("the app"), operated by Gaurav Sarkar ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. Questions: [email protected].

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, your license is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. The app is intended for users aged 18 and over.

3. Subscriptions, auto-renewal & billing

• SuperLazy Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. The price, billing period (e.g. weekly, monthly, or annual), and any free trial are shown in the app at the point of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play) account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within that 24-hour window.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its own policies.

4. Your content & AI processing

Content you add ("dumps") is processed to organize, summarize, transcribe, and search it — including via our AI provider — as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for having the right to submit it. AI-generated summaries, categories, and answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for convenience only; verify anything important.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading malware, attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, or using it to store or process unlawful content.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account from Delete account.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
